1. How long do I have to return an item?

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return any item that meets our return policy. For more than 15 days we cannot return.

2. Return Policy
  • We’ll refund an item(s) that is accompanied by the original proof of purchase such as your receipt or tax invoice.
  • The item purchased needs to be in the same condition as received and must be unused
  • Any item may only be returned within 15 days from the delivery date
  • You will need to contact us through the phone contact number
  • You are responsible for any damage or loss in transit where you arrange the transport
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be made in cash
  • For KNET and Credit Card payments, the refund process can take up to a month
3. Excluded from the return policy

The following products and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  3. Adhesives
  4. Damaged or used items, which are no longer in a sellable condition
